On the 18th November, at the stunning Stones of the Yarra Valley in the heart of Melbourne’s vineyard region, Kim and I had the great pleasure of photographing the wedding of Kate to her longtime beau Nick.

On an utterly perfect Melbourne spring day, almost one month ago, Michelle and Steven were wed in front of their closest family and friends.

This gorgeous couple created an atmosphere that was sophisticated, yet relaxed and just so much fun, in an iconic Melbourne beachside location. I loved how low-key these guys are, proving that the wedding day stress is one tradition any couple can do without. With everything organised (albeit last minute!) and the focus on fun and a great time with loved ones, there was nothing else to do but kick back and enjoy the whole day.

and welcome to our brand new website!

Well hello there! Welcome to our brand spanking new blogsite! We hope you love it as much as we do. It’s been 2 years since we photographed our first wedding together and what a two years it has been both personally and professionally.

Two years, twenty one beautiful weddings, two individual portraiture businesses, and two bouncing baby boys (one for each of us!). It’s safe to say we have been pretty busy.

With the support of our amazing families (and VERY patient husbands), talented designers like Netra Chetty, and of course our wonderful clients we have watched Red Telegram evolve into something which we are incredibly proud of.

We wanted to create a website that helped us to tell the many beautiful love stories we are fortunate to be part of, but that celebrated all the special details and emotion that go along with them. A huge thank you to Mike Selby, who apart from being one of the aforementioned patient husbands is also a fabulous web designer and the creative force behind our new site which has exceeded all our wildest expectations.

So without further ado, we invite you to explore and lose yourself amongst the details, emotion and of course love.
