B-session? B for Bridesmaids!!! Oh all right, I made it up. It’s just that now the “e-session”, for the engaged couple, is all the rage, I got carried away with finding a jazzy name for photographing a bride and her bridesmaids.
Basically I was lucky enough to go have some fun at Abbotsford Convent last weekend, at the request of beautiful Bride-To-Be S, capturing some portraits of her stunning girlfriends, who will also be her bridesmaids in around a month’s time. We spent an incredibly fun morning, all dolled up in vintage style (well, not me, I am well and truly turning up to shoots in my woolliest nana cardigans at the moment).
Hope you headed off for some champagne afterwards, girls, you sure deserved it after all that hard work vamping it up for my camera, in the freezing cold and rain!…. Actually, I do wish I had thought of bringing champagne and glasses, would have made a great prop, given how stunning these girls were turned out, and how wonderfully they played up for the photos. Ah well, next time.
